Multiple Messages for Not a Member Status

Hello,

In October, Deere Talk has had multiple current members coming up on our FTH site as having clicked the "not a member" link, including our officers.  Is this related to having a low number of members?  Most of those affected have not actively clicked the link in any email, so we are not sure how it is happening.  It is causing significant disruptions to our already stressed club.  I have attached the message text from our site admin log. 

What is you club number?

We discontinued sending out messages with those links over a year ago. Your members must have saved the links and are using them to access the system.

Please be precise when reporting issues. WHO exactly besides Fabiana?

Bright Monday club 1505727 has been having this happen as well over the last month.  My own email: benidt.georgette@mayo.edu has been deleted multiple times.  Our members Kaitlyn Kulp and Ming Yin have also been removed.  I am trying to figure out a way to actually disable this feature as my message I received today said to do.  Can you please help with this?

I also just started getting the same messages as Site Admin for  softtalk.toastmastersclubs.org/ . The funny thing is the message is referencing myself as a member. No changes in email address and I never received any said email to click the link. 

How best to resolve to stop getting these notices? 

 

Healthmasters Club #2492808 has also experienced this issue several times in the past month. Some of the members have received the message multiple times. I am the VPE for the club as well as the Administrator for the FTH site and I cannot see any reason for these messages to be coming to my members. Is there something that I am missing?
