Checking out a "Test" system for training

I thought I read somewhere that a member could "check out" a test FTH system for training.  I will be training Membership Management and don't want to show my members information.  Our District records the sessions. The training is scheduled for Wednesday, December 13th, 2023. Please tell me how to request a test training system and if that is even possible.
