Email to members suddenly undeliverable

Hi there. Our club president tried to send an email to our members address and it got returned as undeliverable. Here's what it says below. Any ideas what could cause this?

the IP address 148.163.158.5 is linked to your president's email address.  It would appear that it has been listed on a spam filtering app. 
Suggest that he check with his internet service provider.

Hi Pam. Unfortunately, I believe the problem is more widespread than that isolated incident. I am also not able to send to our members email address. Just tried and got this bounceback message below. I am using the very same email address that I always have, and so did our club president. There is something else going on...

Your DNS records look good to me, and all of your member email addresses are good (some of your former members have 'bad' email addresses).
Your message seems to have gone to all except 4 members - Sushma, Phanidhar, Phillip & Narasimha. 
I have no idea why. Perhaps it was just high email volume at the time.  Maybe those 4 use the same ISP - and they had a problem at the time?
