D53 Club Unable to Add Members or setup Forum ID

Subject: D53 Club Unable to Add Members or setup Forum ID

Hello FTH support team.
I'm the DAM for District 53.  An officer (Rochelle Murphy) of one of our clubs reached out to me for help with FTH.  They are having trouble with:
1. Added new members are not getting the opt-in emails.
2. They wanted to post a help request here but can't set up a FTH support account (Captcha won't let them in).

Sorry but the site admin will have to post to this forum to get assistance.
Tell them to use an up to date browser like the current Firefox or Chrome.
If they are using a business computer tell them to try from home.
If they cannot access the site have them ask another club member.

The only place to get assistance is this forum and we do not make any exceptions.
