Hello,
Do you only host or can we get our email address through you?

FTH acts as an alias/forwarding service which is why each member's personal email is critical to the functionality of the FTH email system. There's no POP/SMTP/IMAP/etc servers running in FTH that allow email account creation like a standard hosting service.
Your club could configure your custom domain DNS so your domain appears as the FTH alias/forwarding addresses.
e.g.
members@friendshiptoastmasters.com
instead of...
members-1734@toastmastersclubs.org
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview
The only officer listed in your site is VPPR. Your club would need to decide how you want to utilize FTH and populate the member list with at least the officers in order to use the officer-specific FTH email aliases. The officer email aliases are only active if the officer role is assigned to someone. The reason for this is, for example, email sent to president-1734@toastmastersclubs.org (or president@friendshiptoastmasters.com) has nowhere to go if there's no personal email for the club president in the FTH system.

I read the email page but am confused. We use our own domain. Does that mean we need to buy an email plan from in this case godaddy? Or can I configure the Contact Us to send emails to our VPM?
Also, what is a toastmasters.org domain. Should I contact the District to find out?

Just ignore the last message, the site froze.
So, we will continue to use our domain but do not have a .com email.
Instead we will use the .org email, and set it to send messages through Contact Us to our VPM's email address.
I'm going to try that now.
