Agenda Email Changing Table Content

Hello..
I used the agenda email icon to forward the upcoming agenda to club members.  The meeting description section includes a table with the meeting theme and the WOD.  Note that the WOD phonetic pronunciation in parenthesis in the original agenda is different from the one that was transmitted via email (see attachments).  Please help me understand how to prevent this from happening in the future.

The server uses UTF-8 character set if you use another character set then some special characters maybe replaced.
