One-time code for first time login not working.

I am transitioning my club to Free Toast Host and some members have not been able to login to the site.
The member has tried to reset their password many times and then use the one-time code that was sent. Each time the system says that the code is wrong.

The club number is 05372552.
The topic has been locked.
