Looks like a bug

A member's name is not showing up on the list of members when we are trying to reconcile the meeting's agenda.
Details are included below - I hope you can help. We rely heavily on attendance reports!

Added to the portal/opted in: January 10
Shows up as an active member on the Membership Management console.
Attended our January 22 meeting, but is not available in the list of members.
 

Jai shows on the drop down for future agendas.
I'm not sure why he isn't on the 22 Jan agenda, presumably something to do with timing.
You can edit the attendance list - simply "Select a person to add to the Attendance Record" from the dropdown list above the names
 

I'm always impressed with the layers of functionality built into this thing... and how you guys tend to these discussions.
