Issues with contact us emails from TI and FTH website

Hi all,
We have it set up on Find a Club on the TI website to go to contact@pioneertoastmasters.com.  We can't figure out where these emails are going.  When I go to FTH and select this email or the contact us form--even emailing myself I don't receive the emails.  I also have the system set up to email myself and our VPE any inquiries.  I have 2 questions. 
*  How can I figure out where Contact us emails are going? or are they going?
*  Why is it that we are not receiving emails even when we have selected myself and VPE to receive emails?

Also are your the administrator as well as VPE
 

Ask your administrator to login, select from website settings click on drop down arrow
email and contact forms - refer to below information and select 
President, VPE and VPM its your choice who will receive those emails. an email will be transmitted to those committee members

If you're getting a lot of spam, you might want to turn this address off entirely.
 

I can see the emails being forwarded - in fact there was even a TI (clubleads) contact request.

Please make sure that your DNS records are set up correctly as described here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview
I can only see the 'www' record, I don't see your mail records.
