Email issue

Hello,
I've tried to receive a password reset confirmation email from Namecheap to 'treasurer@nagasakitm.com.  But I can't.  Our homepage provider Namecheap said the password reset emails are being delivered to my mailbox.  Please check our account if it has some bugs.  I can receive other emails.  Our Club Number is 2890347, Nagasaki Toastmasters club.

Please make sure that your DNS records are set up correctly as described here:   support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview
Your mx record is pointing to traffictoastmasters.com, and some of the others aren't set up correctly.

You'll need to set up the records on your domain name providers site as described in the documentation I referred you to.  If you don't have access, ask them (Namecheap) to set the records up for you as shown here

1.2 You need to create or change four DNS records so they read as below - i.e. to point to the FreeToastHost server (substitute your domain name for domain.ext below):Record

You will need to contact name cheap and find out what IP address they are emailing from. Many Name cheap IP have been blocked by FTH because they allow spammers on their system.

We do not recommend using FTH email addresses for password resets. You can use the club email archive email address if your club has set one up.
