VPM Can't Access File Manager

Hello FTH support team.
My club's VPM, Silva Abadjian, doesn't have access to our FTH site File Manager, even though we have her listed as VPM in Member Management, and have File Manager access settings set to allow access by the President, VPE, & VPM.  Please look and tell me what we're doing wrong.
I have attached screenshots of her setup as VPM in Member Management and our File Manager Access Settings.

When I looked at 1389's access settings (at the time of this reply) VPM is not one of the officers with access to the file manager.

Please double check your access settings vs when she logs into her account to check.

Are we looking at the same thing?  I just checked again and VPM is listed for access to File Management.  I had attached a screenshot to my original post.
We did check her email address as listed in Membership Management vs what she logs in with and they are the same.
What else can I check.

 

OMG!!!  I must be losing it.  I swear I saved that and checked it.  But just looked again and it wasn't there!!!
I did just add it (again??) and will have her try it.
