Club number not recognized at admin log in

Hello - Trying to log in for first time as an admin using the credentials I received via email and it says I must enter the correct club number, though I am. Can someone help me? Thanks!

Your admin account looks normal and operational. If you've previously used other FTH admin accounts it might be worthwhile to clear cookies & cache.

You'll need to accept the cookie message pop-up window to reach the admin login dialog but it sounds like your already past this point.

Make sure you're not using a leading zero in the club number. Even though club numbers at TI show them, FTH does not recognize leading zeros.
