New member is not getting the opt in request email

Wild Oats Toastmasters 2849

I have sent this to him 5 times and have used the resend option.  I have rechecked many times that the email address is correct.  I have copied and pasted it from an email he sent me. He has looked through his junk, spam, deleted - everything and does not have it.  He was originally under the guest tab and then moved over to the member tab before the opt in message was sent.  His name appears on the member tab with the strikethrough.  He is a Speechcrafter and is getting the Speechcraft messages from TI.  I don't know what to do.  I hope you have a fix.  Thanks.

Member name with a stike mean waiting to agree or dissgree in an automatic email.
one the member agrees then its sccepted.

I know how it is supposed to work and have added many new members.  The fact that there is the strike through to me means that the system is waiting for him to accept being opted in.  The problem is that he is not getting the email to give him the opportunity to opt in.

the email server for ganderson@motorsafety.ca is not letting email from FTH through, he needs to whitelist server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org

Thanks.   I had asked him to add This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. & 2 849.toastmastersclubs.org  to the safe list.  I will get him to add agenda also.
