Proton Emails Blacklisted - Can this be removed?

As part of a District effort to test club responsiveness to website inquiries, we discovered that the entire domain @proton.me has been blacklisted by at least one club which means all clubs using the global blacklist (which is most clubs) cannot receive any inquiries from prospective guests who have a proton email. There are 5 members of our district with proton emails and there was another post in this forum from about 8 months ago where a current member with a proton email was having issues sending to their fellow members. Is there a way for the administration team to either remove the domain blacklist on @proton.me or identify the club(s) that created it and have them remove it? It is a shame to have prospective members blocked from contacting most clubs due to their choice of email provider.

A club can choose not to use the crowd-sourced blacklist, or it can add the domain to the custom whitelist if it otherwise wants to use the crowd-sourced blacklist.
