After new members "Cole" accepted be part of club website, their names are in the "member list but we are unable to add them to the agenda.

@FTHadmin; The referenced members appear in the attendance tab of the meeting editor as well as a meeting attendance report. They are not present in the role sign up drop down as stated in the topic.
