Greetings,
I've been trying to add a new member to our club website, but each time she tries to Authenticate for the first time, she gets an error message (see screen shot attached).
I tried resending her the opt-in email, but that didn't make any difference.
I believe she was using Firefox, and then she tried Chrome. She is on the Duke University network, but she didn't think that should prevent her from accessing the site.

It's not making a difference because she's not completing the opt-in process. (see the line through her name in Membership Management)

She needs to find the opt-in email titled "Action Required: [her name] Pending Addition to [your club] Website"

Once she clicks the 'Agree' link in this email she can proceeded to her first login as shown in your attached image.

Hello,
She has clicked on the Agree link but that is not making any difference.
I've never encountered this problem before.
What else can we try?

Please send the opt in once more, and ask her to click on the link from that email, not any of the earlier ones (I can see the opt-in has been sent at least 4 times).  Only the most recent one will work.
Let us know if that is still a problem
