Our Club FTH Site is Down

This is a new issue. I logged in a day or two ago and our site was working. This morning I entered the address and received the following error message. I attempted to access the website from Chrome and Edge.Software error:Create_DBI[IPADDRESSES](Callers=>main::HitCounterText>main::serve): Can't create records: [INSERT INTO IPADDRESSES (DEVICEUID,IPADDRESS,CLUBNUMBER,DATEUPDATED) VALUES (?,?,?,NOW())] (Bind Values=2A0GePvXijnriAsu 165.225.60.219 7057227)] Error=[Duplicate entry '51016238' for key 'PRIMARY']

It's working! Thank you. This is the first time that I submitted a support request so I didn't see the confirmation message the first time I submitted it that said it would appear after a moderator reviewed it. So, I submitted it a second time because of that. I know for next time. Is there anything that I need to do differently on my end so that doesn't happen again?
