Dear all,
In the past three weeks, the "Send Meeting Agenda via E-mail" function in our #2679 ToastHost (
2679.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda.html
) has been not functioning very well. Here are two major issues we encountered.
1. After sending the meeting agenda via the FreeToastHost email icon, all the members received an email automatically generated by ToastHost titled "Please confirm you are *not* a Member of Club 2679 now". Please see the attached screenshots as an example.
2. After receiving the agenda in the email, members used to click the "Sign Up" button in the agenda in the email to the FreeToastHost agenda page and sign up for the roles. However, the "Sign Up" button doesn't work right now. It creates an email instead.
Can you please help with this? These two issues are bothering our members. Thank you in advance for your help!!
