Since FTH version 3, we have had multiple subject messages being sent to Members.  These members were never listed in the FORMER MEMBER list.

SUBJECT MESSAGE: [[[A "Not a Member" link was clicked in an email to request that Stephen Austin DL5 be moved to Former Member status in the website for club 5664, Confidence Builders Virtual Toastmasters.

If you clicked that link, then please also click the following link to confirm that your status should really be changed to Former Member status in the website:
5664.toastmastersclubs.org/?action=NotAM...4&_=uCUX&confirmed=Y   ]]]

What "email" is the message referring to?? How can this be a Microsoft problem? It is apparently FTH3 problem.  Please address.  Thanks.

Their email host is clicking the "Not a member" links in the emails..

Remove the tick from "Not a member" from the Admin Console > Email Security

What do you mean the "email host" is clicking it? Is it spam detection possibly, checking for validity of links?

Seems like adding a confirmation after the click might be a good idea.
