I went to do some updates to the site and for some reason, it took me to the FTH3 homepage.  I originally had the domain of osstc.org and it also took me to the FTH3 Homepage.

Upon investigation, I found for some reason it is listed for deletion.

We are reforming and rebranding from Riverside (which was suspended about 3 years ago) We started up the Oklahoma Supportive Speaking Toastmasters Club we are heading into week 3 and I was going to update the agenda when I noticed the issue.
Can we please get 4301 remounted the paperwork was sent to International Last week to reinstate the charter for 4301.

Toastmasters International gives us lists of clubs that are suspended or closed that we have to remove from FTH.

You will have to contact Toastmasters International to see what your options are.

Good Evening Brian --

We talked to TI today, and they said they received the paperwork to reinstate 4301 and are processing it now. I am wondering with this also being the end of the 2023-2024 Toastmasters year if there might be a possible delay in getting activation promptly.  They assured us that the application date is the date they go by so it will count for this Toastmaster Year.
Club 4301 formerly Riverside is being rebranded to Oklahoma Supportive Speaking Toastmasters (OSSTC) a virtual club we were using the website to handle the agenda and stuff.  I was hoping that somehow we could get club 4301 back online and back pointed to osstc.org  in time so that the VPE can finish the Agenda and that we will be able to hold our meeting on July 2nd. We are currently meeting every Tuesday at 7:00 PM CT

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Club number 4301 is not a valid club number.

Until such time as the club is reinstated or we see some documentation from TI that 4301 is a prospective club there is nothing we can do.

Club 4301, is still not listed as a valid club, Neither in the District 16 reports or in the new or prospective clubs.
Are you sure that the club is keeping 4301 as the club number?
