Contact Us Form

Can the Contact Us form, can you add a field where the prospect can add their phone number.  Right now its not available, however when the request comes to one of the officers tagged to the form, it's shows the phone number as an option in the report.  See attached.  It's easier for us to contact the person via phone. I notice there was a topic a few years back on a similar request but couldn't find a resolution. 

The Phone number field only shows if one or more of the contacts have "This member will accept prospect phone calls" checked on the Contact Us tab in the admin console, in which case their number is displayed on the Contact Form.  Alternatively use the greeting section to ask enquirers to include their phone number in their message
