How to verify our club's website on Google Search Console

Hello wonderful tech support people. Hope things are going your way. 
We want to use the Google Search Console to study/optimize our website ( hinoonhsv.toastmastersclubs.org/ ). Most of the ways available for verifying a site require access to functionality that we don't seem to have - at the club level. Rather, it's probably only available at the web host level. That means FreeToastHost3.
Can you help us?
