Agenda edit icon not available to selected officers

As an admin, I updated the agenda settings in the admin, access settings panel, to be 3 officer roles.
However, the edit icon on the agenda is not available for say my role as secretary.
I have logged out, cleared cache and logged back in.

Your secretary role has access to the Agenda Settings & Templates module

To grant access to the dated agendas scroll down to the bottom of the Access Settings dialogue and select the officer roles "Allowed to Create/Edit New Agendas"

Note that edit access to a particular dated agenda can be granted to members holding certain roles - see the documentation here:
