website alias not working

Ballston Toastmasters' website alias "ballston" is not working.  We can access our website with  596358.toastmastersclubs.org/   but ballston.toastmastersclub.org/ does not work.  (ballston has worked in the past.  I tried to change it to a capital B    Ballston when that didn't work, I went back to lower case b   ballston

ballston.toastmastersclubs.org/ is working.
Make sure you've got the correct spelling - in your post you've left off the final s in clubs
