Password recovery support from Instagram not being forwarded

Our club is attempting to regain access to our Instagram account. We used the email address vppr-4326@toastmastersclubs.org, but it gives us a suspicious login message and sends a code to that email address, but it appears FTH is blocking it from being sent. This is the same issue referred to in these previous posts from 2018 and 2019.

We have tried everything suggested in those posts, including turning off the crowd-sources blacklist, adding security@mail.instagram.com to the whitelist, lowering Spam settings as much as possible, checking the Spam folder of the Gmail account to which this should be forwarded, and confirming that the email address is the correct one registered. One post mentioned a possible IP that was being blocked; is that something that needs to be done on your end?
 

Facebook and instagram are well know spammers, I have made some changes not sure it their emails will come through,
 

Nothing came through from Instagram. I did get the test email from Les yesterday, though.

We have done all we can from this end you will have to pursue with Instagram.

We will need to know a minimum of the IP address they are sending from and the From: email address.

 

According to Meta Support, these are the IPs that would need to be added.
