Unable to add member on Meet Our Members Page

Hi Team, 

I am currently appointed as the club VPPR and I am new to using the website. I have website admin currently. I was trying to add members in the club I have been successful in adding current members but that is not reflecting on Meet Our Members Page. 

When I go to the member management under the profile of a member the check box "Check to be included in the public Meet our members page" is not functioning. Can you advise how to edit so I can add them to meet our members page?
