Cannot send or receive emails from/to my officer's email address

Good afternoon,

It appears tht I cannot send (just keeps circling and circling) or receive emails associated with my officer account (vppr@toastmasters.org. I have tried to look at the blog, and I have a filter on my gmail account that allows messages from Toastmasters to come through (by the way, none of my messages ever ended up in spam, they just did not come in at all). I noticed this as I am struggling with this as I try to set up some social media accounts and I am being asked to authenticate and cannot because I am not receiving the email.

2 things:

1. Always provide your club name and club number - no one can help you with your club site with out these.
2. there is no email address for any site like vppr@toastmasters.org - so that might be part of your problem.

FTH only provides email forwarders, you CANNOT send email from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Most social media sites have been blocked from FTH by other clubs because of spam. You can try and add the From email address of the social media site to your clubs white list.

My apologies, I don't think I'm being clear. When I am inside of our site and trying to send an email to members, it is not working. When I click on the email address inside the console, it asks me if I want to send via website browser and it says I can send to anyone in the contact lists. It opens up the email and I can type an email and hit send, however, it does not send. I have my personal email as a back up to support this feature as I was instructed as I realize this is really just an alias. Our admin sends emails from inside that console as well when she sends out the agenda and it works perfectly fine. I am unable to do this, but I am also unable to receive any emails anyone sends to that email address.

The Social Media site is allowing me to set it up fine, I just needed a verification of the email (which is another issue but I can reach out to the VPPR who trained me as I know she did something similar) and that led me to this situation.  

How are you trying to send the email, from the membership basic email or from the agenda?

The domain firstofsussextoastmasters.org is not setup to use FTH mail, any email sent to firstofsussextoastmasters.org would not go through FTH.

I sent you an email using the basic email function and it worked correctly.
