Intermittent Members@ and Officers@ Distribution Failure

The Member@ and Officers@ email distribution lists have been intermittently failing. If we wait a few hours, it usually heals itself.  This has been occurring occasionally for members for over a year.

The issue has become acute. It   does not clear up within a few hours. Two members were impacted just this week. Below is the most recent error message.

We will need more information.

Exactly what email address are they sending to?
Are they sending from a company email address that is being filtered by outlook.com?
Can you get the full (raw) email header?
