Club Officer not receiving email sent to FreeToasthost designated officer emails

Hello,  My name is Anthony, serving as a VPPR and am reaching on behalf of officers for Spotlight Toastmasters #654507  in reference to our current treasurer reportedly not receiving emails  that are being sent to these below accounts. Is it possible to confirm that the bounce count is reset?

gmail accepting email for her email addresses, have her check her spam box. Also follow this doc.

Please feel free to close this ticket. Received initial confirmation that the issue was resolved on March 27th, but kept ticket open to make sure .

Later received an email confirmation on May 12th that  the member is receiving emails sent to the officer thread.
