Apologizes, but I cannot find my exact request regarding this issue back in April.  I was able to fix it back then, but just yesterday or the day before, the same thing happened with the same member (who is now our President) - she was moved to Former Members!  I do not see a section under Email under Security to uncheck the "Not A Member" link.  Please advise.

We have removed those links from any new emails over a month ago.
Your President is using a bad link that is stored on their computer. Have them enter the club URL by hand until they find it.
