Meeting Agenda roles

Hello Fellow Toastmasters!
Our agenda has a role with multiple items on the agenda. I configured it as instructed (please see attached screenshot). However, it does not work when I select the member for that role with multiple items on the agenda with the same role. What did I miss? Did I put it in the wrong place?
Please advise. I appreciate your help.
