Meeting Agenda roles

Hello Fellow Toastmasters!

Our agenda has a role with multiple items on the agenda. I configured it as instructed (please see attached screenshot). However, it does not work when I select the member for that role with multiple items on the agenda with the same role. What did I miss? Did I put it in the wrong place?

Please advise. I appreciate your help.

The asterisks need to be around the keyword in each of the occurrences, and they need to be in the Role / Agenda Item box (not the Role / Agenda Item Description box)
e.g.:
*Grammarian* describes role
and
*Grammarian*'s Report
FreeToastHost Ambassador
VPE & Webmaster HOT Toastmasters 2026-2027 hot.toastmastersclubs.org/
VPE & Webmaster Redlands Toastmasters 2026-2027 redlands.toastmastersclubs.org/
