FYI - I have also tried the demo.toastmastersclubs.org/ site linked about with the same error.

I have also tried accessing via my mobile with the same error.

After some further troubleshooting with Pam I have confirmed I can access the site from an alternate IP address, and I cannot access any of the club sites (including the demo site) from my primary IP address so it looks like my IP address is blocked (I've only been with my current ISP a couple of months so I'm guessing the blocked range it is in was from an event before my time).

Can I request the this IP range  116.255.44. * be unblocked please?

Cheers Les. My IP is currently 116.255.44.2, but it is dynamically allocated and could theoretically change, usually within the range of the last octet, which is why I suggested a range, but happy for the individual IP to unblocked for now.
