Dues email isn't working for our Treasurer

Earlier today, our Treasurer tried to use the "Basic Followup Email - UNPAID DUES" email button to send a reminder to our members. It has been hours and no one has gotten the email. Can you check it?
I sent out our next agenda using the agenda email function, and it worked. I'm not sure of anything else I can do myself to troubleshoot.

Damien also just send the agenda to me, so it isn't an issue with him sending emails from the tool. The issue seems to be only with the dues button.

I just logged in and send the dues using the Update and Send button
checking the logs I can see the emails being created

Interesting! Seems like the invoices were sent, not the "dues followup basic email".
He is trying to send the email with the email alias in his own Outlook now. If that works, we'll leave it at that this week. And then he can try the basic email form next week to catch any stragglers.
