Hello, my user Mary P. Kilbane is in Ireland and is using gmail for email, marypkilbane@gmail.com. I've sent the opt-in message 3 times. She says she has checked her spam messages. Can you check FTH logs?

The logs show email from 4 clubs being sent successfully to that address and being accepted by gmail.  Has she checked her junk mail?
