A new member's email address is considered invalid by FTH.

Please accept this member's email address. member number PN-67749274 I have doublechecked his email address and he replies with it when I email him. For some reason FTH is blocking this email. The error message reads as follows Appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.)

What email address? I am good at this but sometimes you have to rell us all the details.
ie name and email address .....
