How can I enter into a club calendar event more details than the single line? That is when you click on the event entry, it would be helpful to have a larger window that accommodates multiline entries that are more engaging to a visitor to want to visit a url. The single line UI . Consequently, the calendar is little used for more than just meeting dates. The first example here is much more appealing. For example:
Special Free Exciting Event!
Come to a free seminar on June 26, 2024
Come see how you can transform yourself with Bethlehem Toastmasters.

Rather than this in the small, one line space:

You can use links in the calendar entries, link to a custom landing page.

Custom landing page, for each event? It would be nice to be able to enter a brief description in the actual calendar, much like a Google calendar, Calendar on Mac, et al. that includes a link to a more detailed page.

We use a thrid party script for the calendar and it does not allow a lot of text.

I see you have put as much text as you can fit in your entry, but you did not use the URL feature that would go to a custom webpage where you could get creative with the text and images.
