Data Transfer error

There are what seem to be 2 'phantom' images before the 6 that show for your most recent meeting.  Did you try dragging an image to your page?  Any clues you can give us might help stop it from happening again.  

I added new members to membership Management. I will email the VPPR asking her to drag her pictures..

No - I think dragging the pictures could be causing the problem - they must be loaded using the image icon to upload them to the website.  Please refer to the documentation here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/a...editing-page-content

It seems the issue is being caused by your site admin, not the VPPR.  Please ask her to use that method in future.
