Wordpress is down, look like a hack

=13pxHi,Our Club Toastmasters YWCA Quebec Wordpress is down since Nov. 4th
It showed signs of slowing down a couple of days ago.
Today, I was advised that the website was down (with a critical error message). When I managed to enter the admin page, I saw a lot of ''customer review'', there are in Russian, and they probably are the cause of the giant breakdown.
I have no power over these reviews : cannot erase/delete them, nothing. 
Different forums said to do something with th php plugin, but I can't access these kind of backend tools either
What can I do? Is it salvageable? Do we need to build a new website?

Sorry, FTH cannot help with anything related to Wordpress. Whomever has control of the custom domain account should be able to access the backend WP tools.
