i need a person to talk to or email for help

I am having trouble with the free toasthost site and need an actual person to talk to or email who can help me get a member entered into the membership roles. Currently he is not receiving the opt in email to be able to get communications from our club. 

FTH only provides help through this forum.
Tell us your club number and the persons first name.
Make sure their name and email are still  in crossed out in your members list.

the person's name is Daniel Traylor . Our club number is 1774612 Cypress Toastmasters. His name is in the membership list with a crossed out line.

I resent the optin email. I can see it being delivered to and accepted by gmail.
