Can not access some members' names in the agenda

Hello Free Toast Ambassador, We are having issues to access the some members for assignments.
How can we correct the issue.

Member's names are greyed out if they (or someone with agenda edit rights) have indicated that they won't be attending the meeting.
I see that you have some duplicate agendas - for 5 & 12 November.  For 12 November one agenda has 9 members marked as not attending, the other has none marked not attending
