Erroneous information automatically appearing on my website

Strange information is appearing at the bottom of my website home page, including large letters in red that says "Sorry you're leaving....".  Looks like my website is corrupted.  Can you help clean this up?

When  did this appear?
What change did you make to the home page immediately before?
Do you have a backup of your home page before your made the change?

The erroneous information is recent.

Yes, I edited information on the top portion of my web page to announce our holiday schedule.

I do not have a backup but can easily reconstruct data. The main concern is eliminating the erroneous information.

I moved it down to the main page content.
