FTH responded to a change in Gmail behavior
Some club's will find some of their member email addresses were replaced by the 'noemail' placeholder. This was caused by a change at Gmail and FTH has made the necessary adjustments to restore function. Affected clubs will need to restore their member's email address. If there is a bounce count error with the address please let us know on the forums.

Hello,
I want to submit the names of new members who have completed their Icebreakers to our TM district for recognition. However, to ensure I do not miss anyone, or publish members who have opted out of the publicity permissions, I was asked to get the list off member central.
When I logged into Membership Management, I did not see a filter option to select only members who have the opt-in versus the opt-out preference. Can you please assist with this? Thank you.
