Not available to get into our website

Received the following error message trying to get into Peachtree City Toastmasters Club # 620570
I can see I am not the only club officer. So I assume this is the problem at FreeToastHost's end.Software error:Cannot connect to MySQL database. Error=[Too many connections]

I am having the same trouble reaching the FTH site for Brunswick County Toastmasters (1592761).
I get the same messages when I try to reach another club (Lamplighters).
The errors arise on my computer (both Foxfire and Chrome) but not on my phone.
I access the sites frequently, and offhand I don't know how I could have caused the error.
Rebooting my computer did not help.
