Emails sent on the mailing list have a text fragment added to each subject line

Hi everyone

Could you please let me know the steps to remove a fragment of text '[TM Agenda 23/9/24]' that always ends up in each subject line from every email our club sends when it is sent using mailing lists?

Launch the admin console and select Email and Contact Forms from the drop-down list. About half-way down the panel is a field "Prefix Subjects of Emails with The Following Text"

My guess is that the text is in there. Clear it and save and it shouldn't appear in future emails.
