Unable to see the member's speech details

HI,
Until 2 weeks ago, I was able to see other members' speech details when they signed up:  title of speech, path, evaluation, ...  NOW I see NOTHING but the name of the speaker.  See the first pic.  I am the evaluator, and I cannot see what path or project description...

When I sign up, I can see the details to enter.

When I last presented 2 weeks ago, this is what comes up -- see second pic.  I can see all my path/project details.

Please help correct this.

Kindly provide the club number, please. 

The path and project don't show on the agenda until the speaker (or someone with agenda edit access) has entered those.
The speaker introduction is only visible to officers or members with agenda access, but any member can choose the print option to select the speech introductions for all speakers
