FTH Agenda Speech Details Issue

Hello Gang:
Karen Stillman a member of the MDW Toastmasters Club 654417 her email kstillman@womansdr.com is having issues with the Agenda. She can not see the Speech Details in the agenda but I know they are there. I can't figure out why she is not seeing this information. She had access before but it seems that her access as a member has been altered. I've attached two screenshots of what she sees and the one she should be seeing for January 21 meeting. She is having this issue for all agendas not only tomorrow. Something is odd and I can't figure out why this is happening to her.

I hope you can fix this for her as I have never seen this happen before for all the years I've worked on our club's FTH website.

What she is seeing is as expected.  Once the project details have been added, the Project Description and Evaluation Form buttons are visible to all members, including evaluator.  The introduction details are only visible to officers with agenda rights, members with roles that have edit rights (usually the Toastmaster, but can be customised to include others if the Toastmaster isn't giving the introduction) and that speaker.

If you want the evaluator to see the speech introduction text they can use the agenda print function to print all speaker introductions.  If the evaluator reads that out at your club, rather than the Toastmaster, you might consider changing your agendas (template) to give evaluators edit rights

Thank you I forgot about that. She is an immediate past president and I thought she would see that too. In our club the Toastmaster reads the introduction so we are in good shape there. Again thanks.
