Software Error - Icebreaker - Member Speech Historical Report

When doing the Member Speech Historical Report, and the range includes the Icebreaker project, I get the following error:
Software error:
ERROR: PROJECT DATA STRUCTURE INVALID--PROJECT CODE INVALID [PWEC-L3E_Ice_Breaker.pdf]; POSSIBLY A PROJECT TITLE. at /var/www/cgi-bin/getmanuals.pl line 99.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

Confirmed it happens with more than one person, and for more than one club.
