Not receiving streamyard.com (a zoom alternative) emails

Hello,
My club is exploring zoom alternatives.  Ive tried to register a new streamyard.com account to president-1326948@toastmastersclubs.org. The email doesnt come through. The setting to allow external emails is corrected set. I knwo this because I sent amd receiverecn email from my personal gmail account. 

Would anyone be able to help?

They don't appear in the FTH email log (your test emails are there) so we need to know which email address(s) they are sending from. You can add these to your site's whitelist and we can check their IP to see if the FTH firewall is blocking them.

FTH recommends using the club archive email for external services for this reason. You might consider changing your club's archive email to one that can be passed to future admins.

Hi. its should come from yourfriends@streamyard.com. I added it to the white list. I hope it works because i dont want another email to keep track of, or type a password in a text field.

That email address has 7 associated IPs and none of them are blocked on FTH's firewall. It's not on the crowd sourced black list either. When you get a chance please take some action to generate an email from them to see if your whitelist entry resolved the issue.

Hi. I just tried  It didn't come through. I sent a support request to streamyard.com.
