I am VPM of Club #930 - West Suburban Toastmasters.
Our club president contacted me after trying to send email to members-930@toastmasters.org and officers-930@toastmasters.org, once the maintenance time was over. I also sent a test to officers-930@toastmasters.org.
She is getting the following response from the server: Susan Gallier 6:24 PM (1 hour ago) to me
Images are not displayed. Display images below - Always display images from s_gallier@outlook.com Rob, I can't send emails today to members-930 or to officers-930. Free Toast Host was down for maintenance earlier today but is now back up. Even though FTH is back up, I still can't send emails (apparently).
Also, my IP address is seemingly blocked by the server. I can't get on the 930 site from any browser or device using my home internet and has been for probably a week or so. I can get to the site from my phone using data. I don't want to trouble shoot that right now, I'm just hoping you can send the email I've tried to send to members twice today already. (Got bounce backs as you can see below. I copied myself on those emails and received the CC, but not the members-930 email. Also, I can't email officers-930.) It might be safest to ask for replies/RSVPs to be sent to both you and me or just to you (if you're willing). Susan

Subject Line: Holiday Party RSVPs
Hi, fellow WST members,
Just reaching out to clarify that if you aren't sure yet what you want to bring to share at our Holiday Party (Thurs., Dec. 18, 6:30 PM), that's okay!
Getting RSVPs will help us plan. So even if you aren't sure what you'll bring, a quick reply to let us know we'll see you Thursday (or to let us know if you can't attend), would be super helpful.
Yesterday I shared the link (
2025 WST Holiday Party Signup Sheet.xlsx
) for our signup sheet, and several people have indicated what they plan to bring. Please visit the signup sheet or simply reply to let us know if you're in for Thursday's food and festivities!
Thank you,
Susan

Subject: Fw: Holiday Party RSVPs This is a test. Testing sending this message to officers and to myself... Notice that I got a bounce back on a message I sent earlier today to members about the party.
Free Toast Host is down until 5 pm Central today. I don't know if that also means no emails are going through FTH channels today. Susan
