Reconciling Agendas → Attendance Reports

Happy New Year, all.

I am writing with a support request pertaining to my club's use of the portal. We are Flatiron Toastmasters, Club #1115312.

Our club reconciles agendas regularly, and runs attendance reports on a monthly basis. We import attendance data into another tool to track our club size, attendance rates, and other metrics - the accuracy of this report is something we've counted on, and a fix we hope you will address.

In general, the attendance report spreadsheet that is generated presents one of four values - 'Y', 'N', or '?' to indicate if a member attended, or 'N/A' if the person is not a valid member at the time the report was run.

However, former members are now being marked with '?'. What's more, when reconciling agendas, their names don't show up at all, meaning that it would be particularly cumbersome to add and then remove them (and I am uncertain if that would work).

It looks like the person reconciling agendas needs to explicitly remove former members from agendas that were created while they were still members... I believe this is a new behavior of your system - can you revert to the point that, by default, only (and all) current members are listed and that former members would need to be added explicitly?

former members information is still stored in the agendas and memberships files in case they return to your club.

Do NOT delete them from the agenda.
